Who we are
Passion is an easy term to throw around – but when it comes to owning or renting a home by the sea, everyone can sense a bit of the magic coastal homes evoke. Our team is no different: we are inspired by our area and work passionately to help people buy or rent homes by the coast.
The Brannen family has been synonymous with property on the Coast since the early 1900s – older generations of the family were prolific homebuilders in the area including on the Broadway, Linskill Terrace and Hawkeys Lane. There is also a ‘Brannen Street’ in North Shields, acting as a reminder of how the Brannen family has shaped the Coast brick by brick.
It’s not about putting up a sign to show off our brand. Instead, we’re all about the journey that you’ll go on when buying, selling, renting or letting your home. We’re sensitive to that journey and we’re experts in the industry – so we will be by your side to act as support throughout the process.

The Property Ombudsman (TPO) is a UK government-approved organisation which aims to provide better consumer protection for home buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, by providing independent conflict resolution and raising standards of service in the residential property industry.
Lettings Accreditations
We have a dedicated lettings team supported by the repairs, accounts, inventory and administration departments.
